Our E-Learning library offers a wide range of interactive courses that include audio and video tutorials, transcripts, quizzes, and practice exercises, all accessible via our digital campus: SMART-LMS. E-Learning provides you with the flexibility to learn anytime and anywhere, making education more accessible and convenient.

When you sign up for an e-learning course, you will gain access to the content for a period of 12-months. Once your access credentials are issued, you can start learning immediately and manage your own progress and pace.

Our e-learning courses take a bite-sized learning approach – also known as microlearning, which breaks a topic into small, digestible chunks of information that enable you to learn faster, efficiently and more sustainably. Even if you finish the course quickly, you still have unlimited opportunities during your period of access to return for a refresher. Courses are developed according to global best practices and are relevant to organizations worldwide.

Once you have successfully concluded the course, you will receive a Certificate of Completion.

I confirm that the SMART-LMS access credentials are valid for a maximum period of 12 months from date of registration and will not be disclosed to, shared with, or used by anyone other than myself. I acknowledge that the e-learning course(s) for which I seek registration will result in a Certificate of Completion once concluded and does not equate to a degree or qualification. How long does it take to complete the short course ?

Completion time varies depending on each student’s pace and effort, the average completion time for most students is 1–2 weeks.

How many modules are there in the e-learning short course?

Each course has a different number of modules, typically ranging from 8 to 10 modules.

Is my course accredited?

Short courses such as e-learning or in-person workshops that result in a certificate of Completion do not automatically offer any credits against the National Qualifications Framework (NQF). When you pass the post-assessment quiz on an e-learning course, you will receive a Certificate of Completion from The Business School of South Africa which is an accredited training institution. How long will I have access to the course?

You will have access to the course content for a period of 12-months from date of activation. Even if you complete the course in a matter of hours, days, or weeks, you will still be able to review the content or take a refresher at any time during your period of access.

How soon will I get my certificate?

Certificates of completion are issued on a weekly basis to all students that have taken and passed the post-assessment quiz.

How often can I take the post-assessment quiz?

You can take the test as many times as you wish until the desired pass mark of 80% is achieved. You will still have access to the quiz even after your certificate is issued.

Can I share my course with someone else?

The sharing of access credentials and course information is strictly prohibited.

Can I exchange my selected course for something else?

Once a course is activated, it is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.

What happens if I don’t finish my course during the period of access?

E-learning courses automatically expire after 12-months and you will no longer have access to the course or post-assessment quiz for certification.
